  • Secure online payment gateways.
  • Bank transfers.
  • Recurring contributions (monthly subscriptions).

⚠️ The organization bears no responsibility for contributions made through unauthorized or unofficial channels.

2. Contributor Acknowledgment

By completing a contribution, the contributor acknowledges and agrees that:

  • All contributions are made voluntarily and without coercion.
  • Contributions are charitable gifts and do not constitute payment for goods or services.
  • The organization does not guarantee specific outcomes, timelines, or results.
  • The organization is authorized to allocate the contribution to the specified project or a similar project if implementation becomes impracticable.

Reallocation of Contributions and Marketing Fees

By completing a contribution, the contributor authorizes Malaak Community Services, when necessary, to reallocate funds collected for a specific campaign or project, in whole or in part, to another campaign or project with greater priority. This enables the Organization to respond effectively to humanitarian needs and support as many beneficiaries as possible.

The contributor also agrees that a reasonable portion of contributions may be deducted to cover the marketing and promotional costs of campaigns and projects, in addition to administrative and operational expenses. Such deductions help the Organization reach more contributors and ensure the sustainability of its humanitarian work, in accordance with applicable laws and principles of transparency.

4. Documentation & Reporting

The organization provides reports based on the nature of the project:

  • Construction Projects: Interim and final reports.

  • Sponsorship Programs: Periodic (typically annual) reports.

Report availability and timing may vary depending on field conditions and data accessibility.

5. Recurring Contributions (Subscriptions)

  • Contributors may cancel recurring contributions at any time through their payment method or by contacting the organization.
  • Cancellation does not affect previously processed payments.

  • Certain contribution details (e.g., displayed contributor name) may be modified within a limited timeframe, depending on the project type.

Due to External Circumstances:

  • In exceptional cases such as natural disasters, political instability, or security concerns, the organization may modify the project’s location or type.
  • Contributors will be informed where feasible, and consent will be sought when possible.

7. Refund Policy

  • Contribution refund requests may be submitted within 30 days of the contribution date, provided the project implementation has not commenced.
  • Contributions are non-refundable once project execution has begun.
  • If a project is delayed for more than 18 months without a viable alternative, contributors may request a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Supporting documents such as contribution receipts or proof of identity may be required.

8. Administrative Fees

Malaak Community Services retains a variable administrative fee from contributions to cover:

  • Operational and administrative expenses.
  • Payment processing and transaction fees.
  • Logistical and implementation costs.

This is done in accordance with principles of transparency and financial accountability.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The organization does not guarantee exact project timelines.
  • The organization shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
